Bloomberg Philanthropies has established and provides funding for an outfit of senior project managers who support major rehabilitation and development efforts in the Negev and Galilee, specifically through projects chosen by the mayors.

‍

The Bloomberg Sagol Center at Tel Aviv University is responsible for recruiting the project managers, assigning them to the different municipalities, and then providing them with ongoing support, professional guidance, and opportunities for networking and peer learning.
