Data Track
The Data Track is designed for municipalities that are graduates of the leadership program and are interested in leading organizational transformation processes based on data. It was implemented for the first time in 2024 in the municipalities of Umm al-Fahm and Or Yehuda.
The goal of the track is to enable local leadership to take a significant step forward in data-driven municipal management. This is achieved by developing capabilities among mayors and senior managers in Israeli municipalities, enhancing the professionalism and effectiveness of the municipality. The program lasts about six months, during which an in-depth process is conducted to develop an evaluation tool tailored to the Legacy Goal set by the mayor, alongside drafting a work plan to optimize resident services in the defined area and assess organizational performance at any given time.
