The Launch of the Third Cohort of the Leadership Program

The 3rd Cohort of the Leadership Program Has Officially BegunThis week, the third cohort of our flagship Leadership Program officially launched. Twenty mayors and 39 senior leaders gathered in Herzliya for an intensive three-day seminar focused on leadership development and network building.Led by Prof. Yuval Kalish and Dr. Yael Elraz-Shapira, participants explored their leadership styles, distinguished between management and leadership, and developed personal action plans to strengthen their transformational leadership.A central component of the seminar was the delivery of individual 360-degree leadership assessments to the mayors- comprehensive evaluations that offer leaders a clear view of how they are perceived by their teams and stakeholders, helping identify both strengths and areas for growth in leadership and management.On the evening of the second day, the official launch event of Cohort 3 was held under the theme of hope-inspired leadership, and brought together Mr. Yossi Sagol, Co-Founder of the Center, Ms. Fatima Shama, Government Innovation Programs at Bloomberg Philanthropies, Prof. Yael Steinhart, Dean of the Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University, alumni mayors, and the Centres’ partners. The highlight of the evening was an on-stage conversation with Mr. Eli Sharabi, moderated by Channel 12 News journalist Amalia Duek.
