We are excited to announce the opening of the third year of our Leadership Program, the leading program of the Bloomberg Sagol Center for City Leadership.
20 mayors from local authorities across Israel were chosen to take part in this year's program, alongside 39 senior executives selected by the mayors to accompany them as leadership teams representing their respective municipalities.
Participants come from different sectors and types of communities, representing cities, local councils and regional councils, and reflecting the diversity of Israeli society.
Over the coming months they will participate in an intensive journey of leadership development, designed to enhance their managerial and leadership capabilities -based on the understanding that Israel's local government is the most significant arena for generating real impact on citizens' quality of life.
The program includes meetings with prominent experts from Israel and abroad, while promoting peer learning among participants.
