Howcan moving to a new home be transformed - from an exhausting bureaucratic procedure into a convenient, personalized, easily accessible process?
The Ganei Tikva municipality proposed an exciting and original answer to thisquestion, winning the judges' prize at our AI Datathon for local government.
Today our team met with Ganei Tikva's municipal team, to develop the GT-BOX initiative – a smart AI-based system assisting residents moving into homes in Ganei Tikva, from the move itself all the way to settling in their new home.
The system concentrates all relevant processes in an intuitive personalized inter face connecting the resident to the municipal system. It collects all needed information, maps individual needs, and offers personalized services – from municipal tax discounts to enrolling children in extracurricular programs.
This is how it works:
· One smart interface covers the entireprocess.
· Each resident's personal data is automatically analyzed, and specific needs are identified.
· Forms and approvals are sent at thetouch of a button.
· Relevant info from various municipal departments is presented at the right moment.
· Thanks to a personal interface (e.g.with the mayor's image) every resident can feel at home, facilitating theprocess.
The system does more than support an easy move: GT-BOX effectively redesigns the relations between residents and the municipality, turning the move to Ganei Tikva into a smart,connected, communal moment, from the very first day.
