We're excited to announce that this week marks the commencement of our Team Building workshop—a key component of the three tracks designed to strengthen local authorities' capabilities in responding to challenges arising from the recent conflict.
After months of fighting during the Iron Swards war, this workshop provides a valuable opportunity to step back from the relentless routines, catch our breath, analyze successful events, and collectively explore ways to improve. All the while, let's not forget to continually remind ourselves of the abilities and strengths that bind us together.
A heartfelt thanks to the leading teams for creating this reflective space and exemplifying leadership through open dialogue and partnership. Our collaboration with the municipalities of Or Yehuda, Arad, and Gezer Regional Council has been truly enriching, and we eagerly anticipate further opportunities and meetings with all of you!
This workshop marks the initiation of an ongoing process to enhance the capacities of local authorities. The next stage will involve expert collaborations, subsequent workshops, and the sharing of insights among authorities. Together, we look forward to building a stronger foundation for future successes.
