Shir Mishaly-Exterman

In her role, she supports municipalities and their teams in developing data-driven decision making. In addition, she is responsible for shaping the strategy of the center.

Before this, she managed governmental funding at Beit Shemesh Municipality, focusing on securing funding for local projects.

Earlier in Netivot Municipality, she led programs to boost its financial strength. Shir holds a B.A. in Economic and Public Policy and a Master's in Economic History. With four years of service in the IDF spokesperson unit, she gained diverse experience, mainly in the south of Israel. Currently living in Beer-Sheva with her husband, Ran, and their children Yarden and Zohar.
