Earlier in Netivot Municipality, she led programs to boost its financial strength.Shir holds a B.A. in Economic and Public Policy and a Master's in Economic History. With four years of service in the IDF spokesperson unit, she gained diverse experience, mainly in the south of Israel. Currently living in Beer-Sheva with her husband, Ran, and their son Yarden.
