Osnat Livnat

Senior UX Researcher and Innovation Consultant, specializing in DesignThinking, with over a decade of experience working with public and privatesector organizations. Throughout her career, she has led research anddevelopment processes in organizations such as TASC, Whiteboard,and SIT. Osnat holds a B.A. in Design (with honors) and an M.A. in DesignManagement and Innovation (with honors) from Bezalel Academy of Arts andDesign. Among the projects she has led: adapting services for diversepopulations at the Jerusalem Municipality, developinguser-centered solutions within the IDF, and supporting financial and healthcareorganizations in digital innovation processes.
