Noa Eshkol

Noa is in charge of the growth program for Mayors and CEOs and supervises the project managers assigned to the municipalities. She promotes regional collaborations and processes of rehabilitation and growth in local authorities under crisis in northern Israel. Noa holds a BA in Business Administration from Derby University in Haifa and an MA in Educational Systems Management from the Center for Academic Studies in Or Yehuda. She is an alumna of the Mandel Social Program in northern Israel and a certified group facilitator. Her previous roles included Project & Initiative Manager at a local authority and Deputy Education Director. She has 15 years of experience in leading and managing transformational processes in the spheres of education, community, and society.

Noa lives in kibbutz Sarid. She is married to Omri, and mother of Roni, Daniela, Shani and Aviv.
