Service designer with extensive experience leading and managing user-centered projects across diverse populations on core social issues. Projects include employment education with JDC-TEVET through a participatory design process with youth, the journey of crime victims on behalf of the Ministry of Justice in collaboration with government agencies, a new born welcome project at the Jerusalem Municipality, new resident integration in the Southern Sharon region, and more. Holds a bachelor's degree and a Master of Science with distinction from Politecnico di Milano
