Mr. Moty Cristal

Moty Cristal is the founder of NEST Group and the CEO of NEST Consulting that brings a unique systemic approach to the world of negotiation in the public and private sectors. He is lecturer at the leading Executive MBA at the Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University, at Reichman University in Herzelia, and also serves as visiting Professor in European and Asian business programs. Mr. Cristal is a Lt. Colonel (R.) in the IDF, with extensive operational experience in crisis negotiation, and lectures worldwide on crisis negotiation and complex crisis management. Since 2001 he advises, consults and trains top executives, business people, and senior government officials around the world in analyzing, planning and designing complex negotiation processes. Mr. Cristal graduated Bar-Ilan Law School in Israel and the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University (1998). Served as board member of the International Association of Conflict Management, and the Steering Committee member of the prestigious PIN Group (Processes in International Negotiations).
