Hila Horosov

Hila has over two decades of experience leading projects and programs in the public and nonprofit sectors, in partnership with local authorities both in Israel and internationally. Over the years, she has led initiatives in formal and non-formal education, youth engagement, community development, sustainability, and more, bringing together people, organizations, and ideas to create collaborative social impact. Hila brings systemic and strategic thinking to the development of programs with measurable social outcomes. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Non-Formal Education Management and a master's degree in business administration.
