Einav Guetta
Einav brings experience in managing and producing diverse projects and events, with a focus on cultural endeavors. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Bar-Ilan University, and a Master's in Environmental Studies from Tel Aviv University - giving her a systemic perspective that combines environment, regional development and management. Her previous roles included the initiation, management and production of diverse projects, conferences and training programs such as: the 'Anachnu' (Us) project of the Ministry of Culture and the Shazar Corporation. a national project enhancing access to culture and promoting unity in local authorities; cultural initiatives in local authorities, such as the Local Artists Festival designed to turn municipalities into culture-producing entities, including adaptions to municipal processes and a municipal artists' space; and the Shaked program for local entrepreneurship – a process-based course that supports entrepreneurs from idea to implementation. Einav believes in the power of regional thinking as an engine of meaningful change. She is driven by a vision of connecting people, knowledge and resources towards a shared and better future.
