In the Leadership module, participants will get an opportunity to know themselves and their leadership style better, know their peer group, and strategically map and utilize stakeholders. In the first and second days we will get to know each other, understand our governing values and develop strategies for transforming our leadership style through peer coaching. In the last day we will discuss and practice strategic stakeholder mapping, and work through one major initiative and its major stakeholders.
