The goal of this module is to empower mayors with crisis management methodologies that will not only drive government performance during a crisis but will also build capacity and readiness before a crisis. By implementing organizational hierarchies, response processes, communication playbooks, multi-disciplinary situational awareness, and more, mayors will become more ready to respond to municipal crises, develop a collaborative culture, and thereby achieve city-wide resilience.
